With temperatures on the rise and the return of school getting closer by the second, what better way is there to spend the last couple months of summer break than with some good old-fashion live music? From sellouts to artists on the rise, here are 10 events you should be sure not to miss this summer.

  1. Paramore

Known to put on a high energy show and with a few of their latest singles reaching to the top of the charts, this show is sure to be something rock fans do not want to miss. Fall Out Boy is also on this tour. It began on June 19 and will finish up August 17.

  1. Goo Goo Dolls

These guys are a classic band. Even if you think you only know one song, this concert will prove you wrong. There are so many great songs that this band will play on their tour that finishes at the end of August. Bonus: Plain White T’s and Daughtry will be opening.

  1. Jack Johnson

His latest album, From Here To Now To You features some very underrated music, like “Radiate” which is on the set list for his upcoming shows, along with beautiful classics like “Angel” and “Better Together.” Good news for California fans, Johnson will be playing five shows in Cali Aug. 26- Sept. 1.

  1. Jimmy Buffet

I saw online casino this island-loving, “Cheeseburger in Paradise” singer on April 19 in Tampa on the first stop of his Margaritaville tour and it was amazing. Parrot Heads are basically just Buffet loving hippies, so the chilliest fan base you’ll ever come across. Prepare to sing along and catch some good vibes.

  1. Lady Gaga

Her tour started in the beginning of May, but Mother Monster still has more than 20 dates left of her ArtRave show. Including dates in New York, Texas, California, and Colorado. Just like everything else she does, the show is sure to be memorable, with lots of special effects and throwback songs.

  1. The Black Keys

The “Tighten Up” and “Lonely Boy” singers are currently overseas, but will be making their way back to the US and Canada in September and finish their tour in February, so there are plenty of opportunities to see them! The Black Keys are very true to their record sound when they’re live.

  1. Pharrell Williams

If this singer wasn’t enough to get you to buy tickets, two more words should: Bruno Mars. These two will be touring until August 23. Williams is known to do covers while Mars mostly sticks to his own songs, so it’s a great mix of the two.

  1. Katy Perry

While this songstress is known for her amazing sets and props, she is also on top of the charts right now with “Birthday,” so now is a great time to go see her! She will be touring until October, her next date will be this Monday in Tampa.

  1. Zac Brown Band

Best live show ever, definitely the truest artist to his recorded sound when he’s live. This band opens their set with “Devil Went Down To Georgia” and then continues entertaining the crowd with some of their most popular hits including “Toes,” “Knee Deep,” “Free,” and “Jump Right In.” The band is touring North America and Canada through October.

10. Tim McGraw

Last, but definitely not least is one of the most well-known men of country, Mr. Tim McGraw. McGraw is touring the US up until the end August. His latest hit, “Meanwhile Back At Mama’s” features his wife Faith Hill, who could end up making a guest appearance on one of his dates!
