Darren Criss Covers ‘All of Me’ on Glee!

May 19, 2014

The season 5 finale of Fox’s hit show ‘Glee’ aired Tuesday, May 13 and fans everywhere are still buzzing about the show. But with everything that happened during the show, what fan wouldn’t still be thinking about it?! From unforgettable covers to commitment issues, this episode was one for the books.

On the finale titled: “The Untitled Rachel Berry Project”, Darren Criss’ character, Blaine, is preparing for his big showcase with June Dolloway, (played by Shirley MacLaine) at NYADA. And for his showcase, Darren takes on none other than, John Legend. Criss’ cover of the romantic ballad ‘All of Me’ proved to be epic on the show. Fans and critics all over will all agree that Criss did the song justice.  Darren kept the love song slow, succeeding by having us feel the love and desire behind the song created by writer, Legend; who wrote the song about, and for his wife.

Adapting the song was not easy, as the original song has been a long running hit.  But Glee fans who tuned in have given nothing but positive feedback for the cover on the season 5 finale. If you weren’t able to catch it, no worries, I’ll post a link to the song below and you can let us know if you also love Darren’s cover.

If you did happen to catch the finale of ‘Glee’ what did you think of not only the cover, but of the episode entirely? How about Rachel’s new friend, and Sam and Mercedes new issues?! You can tweet us at @weknowthedj and let us know your thoughts on the finale!
