2014 Juno Awards

It’s that time of year again ladies and gentlemen… the Juno Award nominations have been released and we couldn’t be happier!

For those who don’t know, the Juno’s is an award show that showcases the best of the best in the music industry. Every year they are held in a different city across Canada and this year they will be held in Winnipeg, MB on March 30th, 2014. The show will be at the MTS Centre in Winnipeg and aired on CTV.

Although Canada is very well-known for our cold winters, hockey players and maple syrup, we are also home to some of the best musicians on the planet. Since the Juno’s are Canada’s music awards, Canadians get to choose the winners. Some of this year’s Canadian nominees include: Justin Bieber, Celine Dion, Avril Levigne, Hedley, Michael Buble, and Drake, just to name a few. A few other nominees’ include One Direction, Bruno Mars, Eminem, Tegan and Sara and Arcade Fire.

Some of the awards being presented include: Juno Fan Choice Award, Single of the Year, International Album of the Year, Album of the Year, Artists of the Year, Group of the Year, Breakthrough Artists of the Year, Breakthrough Group of the Year, Songwriter of the Year, Country Album of the Year and many more.
