Everything about John Legend was screaming “love” last night at the Grammy’s. After walking the red carpet with wifey Chrissy Teigen and discussing their wedding 4 months ago in Italy, he waltzed onto the Grammy stage in his fresh white suite to perform “All Of Me” from his nominated R&B Album, Love In The Future.

His silky smooth voice floated alongside the piano notes as he gave his most heartfelt performance to not only the audience, but specifically his wife, as the track is openly dedicated to her. However, we’ll take bets it wasn’t only Chrissy watching this performance that was gushing! If you were viewing from home, you would have noticed the camera at times focusing in on Chrissy and her admiration for her new hubby.

While talking to CBS, Legend said “I’ve been with Chrissy for a long time, and knew that I wanted to be with her for the rest of my life and wanted to have kids with her and all of that, and I really didn’t have any fear,” he continued,  “Once I decided to do it, I decided lets go for it.”

Among the thousands feeling the love for the newly married couple, How I Met Your Mother‘s Neil Patrick Harris decided to pay them some attention as well. Adding to his list of photobombs, he hopped into their Instagram post while seated behind them at the show, and later sent out a tweet regarding Legend’s heartfelt performance.

John may have walked away with a loss to Alicia Keys’ Girl On Fire for best R&B Album, but we still dub him a winner for his performance. As a 9-time Grammy winner, he’s had his share of gramophones including his 2005 win for Best New Artist. Chrissy sure is one lucky lady…
