Danity Kane is Planning for a Reunion… Without Diddy!?

May 17, 2013

Rumors are in the air with news that Danity Kane is getting back together. This 5-girl band made up of Aubrey O’Day, Shannon Bex, Aundrea Fimbres,Wanita “D. Woods” Woodgett and Dawn Richard were the winners of MTV’s, “Making The Band”. The group came together under Diddy’s record label, Bad Boy Records, but didn’t last for long.

These talented young women were able to release two full length albums entitled “Danity Kane” which was released in 2006 and “Welcome to the Dollhouse”, released in 2008 before they broke up in 2009. The band became the first ever all female band in Billboard history to début their first two albums at the top of the Billboard charts! It is more than obvious that Diddy made a huge mistake letting these girls slip through his fingers.

Now, angrier than ever and out with a vengeance, four out of the five group members were recently seen going to lunch. In the video TMZ recently released from Monday, May 13th, the girls would not answer the question about them getting back together, instead they replied, “We’re having lunch right now… with each other”. Immediately after, TMZ asked the girls if they are working with Diddy and Aubrey replies saying, “Who’s that?”… clearly they want nothing to do with him!

Although they aren’t working with Diddy, the girls have been said to be under a new management and a reunion is to come in the near future. Be sure to stay in the loop with DK news, because reunion details should be making its way to the public soon enough.
