2013 MTV Movie Awards With Rebel Wilson Recap

April 17, 2013

Fake nipples, Iron Manginas, and skin-tight leather suits are all but a few things of what Rebel Wilson brought to the 2013 MTV Movie Awards. The Pitch Perfect star was clearly having a blast with the duties, and the live crowd as well as the audience at home responded well.
The show started off in an Australian themed setting, with James Franco finding Rebel in a current sitabout (a walkabout without the cardio.) Franco is quick to inform Wilson on her newly assigned duties, and she wastes no time donning her newly acquired Iron Mangina costume and flying off to Los Angeles. She descends from the rafters of Sony Pictures Studios and lands right on her vag in front of the thousands in attendance. She starts questioning whether or not she could do the new job justice, in which the cast of Pitch Perfect joins her in a mashup of Miley Cyrus’ “The Climb”, Eminem’s “Lose Yourself”, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis’ “Thriftshop”, and Alicia Keys’ “Girl On Fire,” officially opening the 2013 MTV Movie Awards!
Other highlights during her hosting gig were when she caused quite a stir when her dress “malfunctioned”, revealing a fake double nipple on her left breast. “Be confident in your own body.” Macklemore and Ryan Lewis performed their newest hit “Can’t Hold Us.” Selena Gomez performed her newest hit “Come And Get It.” And Liam Hemsworth came out to reveal MTV’s exclusive look at The Hunger Games’ sequel, “Catching Fire”.
And of course, Rebel Wilson won two MTV Movie Awards herself! But she’s not the only one; here is the complete list of winners from the 2013 MTV Movie Awards:
